Please tell us what was your favourite part about working with Mopar

Mopar Mike was simply awesome to work with. This purchase experience was the most seamless and hassle free experience EVER when purchasing a vehicle. Kudos to Mike and team at Nielson! I provided Mike my interest in a specific vehicle, set up an appointment to have my trade assessed and take a quick test drive. I received a message the day before and the day of just confirming I was still coming and even provided directions. Once I arrived and completed the test drive, the deal was ready for review. The price actually was lower than initially quoted, and all terms of the deal were great and transparent upfront and agreed to move forward. The entire process was quick, hassle free and so seamless. Even when meeting the finance manager Goldee, the transparency and seamless process continued there and we were done very quickly with all the required paperwork. The entire process only took a few hours, and I was on my way in my new Jeep Wrangler RubiconX ! Thanks Mike!!

Why did you ultimately decide to purchase your vehicle from Mopar

This is my second purchase of a Jeep product. I was quite happy with my previous Jeep and was happy to think of Jeep again for my next purchase of a Jeep product. Look forward to many happy ownership years!
