Please tell us what you liked most about working with Mopar

My wife and I currently have five Dodge/Jeep/Ram vehicles and truly enjoy this brand of cars. Over the years we have had mixed experiences with purchasing vehicles, which can really affect the enjoyment of driving a new vehicle. Having said that, the whole experience at Dover Dodge was very comfortable and easy. My wife and I stopped by early on a Saturday morning to just see the colors of a few vehicles in person. After seeing the vehicles, we stopped in and met one of the salespersons, Mike Mersch (Mopar Mike). Mike was really patient and went over several vehicles with us, answering all of our questions. Mike then located another vehicle in their inventory and was so easy going with our back and forth over the different models. After a second test drive Mike was able to make the numbers work and made it a simple, stress-free decision to buy the vehicle. If there were more salespeople like Mike, people would truly enjoy buying a vehicle and always feel good about the process.
