I can’t say enough good things about working with Mopar Mike! From the very beginning when I reached out to him, he made the process of getting a new car seamless. I have leased many vehicles and I have been looking to get a new one for about 8 months because of how insane prices have been. Before even going to the dealership, I reached out to Mike with my needs to see if it was even possible before going in. He was very upfront with me about pricing and availability for what I was looking for, and when I did go to the dealership the experience was the most pleasant I’ve ever had. I felt like I was dealing with an old friend and never felt pressured to get the vehicle. Mike said to me as we were going through the process not to take the truck if I didn’t love it. He helped me to find additional rebates to keep my cost where I needed it to be and once all the paperwork was done he even helped me install my car seat into the new vehicle.

My entire experience was the most pleasant I’ve ever had. Everyone was extremely friendly, warm and helpful. Eddie was the finance person I dealt with and he made the process smooth and quick. He was so friendly and nice and I left feeling like they cared about making sure I was happy, not just making a sale.
