Mopar Mike is a loyal friend and always responsive. He came back to work after clocking out just because I gave him one phone call! Puts himself aside to help you find the best option for you. Which is more than I could ever ask. Always responsive to questions and always checking up to ensure you’re still satisfied. That’s leaps and bounds above & beyond what he is required to do and that’s why he gets 10/10 stars from me! His experience shows. I feel glad I went with him again.

Mike makes it easy to be a loyal customer. 2022 has been a hard time to purchase anything big. I won’t lie I spent a day or 2 browsing other options but in my heart I knew the best choice would be to let Mike take me through the process again. I called his dealership this afternoon to see if he was working and they told me he had been transferred to a new location. It was a no brainer. I drove my ‘19 Cherokee to the Dover dealership to see him. Another employee told me I just missed him but try him on his cell. I called and he answered, “Hey Cristina!” &he came back to the dealership for me! I just wanted to see him and tell him I was back in the market for a lease. He makes you feel like a friend. I mentioned how I wasn’t sure what to do and he told me what I needed to know. I left a few hours later in a new 2023 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE! I couldn’t be happier. I feel like a weight is lifted off of me. In 2022 having to get into another vehicle can feel stressful but Mike made it easy!
