Please tell us what you liked most about working with Mopar
Unbelievable to most, but completely true. My 2010 RAV4 was struck by lightning, due to my insurance ghosting me for a month I was left with 3 days to find a car when they got back to me that my car was officially deemed totaled. My husband helped me try to find an affordable suv in today’s world (all I wanted was a rav4). My husband got his Dodge Challenger TA 392 from Mopar Mike so I already knew he was honest because I saw how he worked with him. However the way he was with me is unmatchable. I came in miserable, I teared up looking at cars because I didn’t like anything like my RAV4 (my dream car). He could see that & said I don’t want to force you into anything. He even looked up rav4s for me. When I realized I physically couldn’t afford it. He did everything he could and got me an amazing deal on a Jeep Compass, to my shock I like it a lot. He checked on me every step of the way & got it for me in 3 days. I can’t thank him enough. He actually cares about you! He’s a rare find!

Mike knowing all I wanted was a rav4 said let’s check out the jeep compass. I can’t get you to what you can afford & it’s pretty close to the RAV4. While intense rain poured down (as my day would have if) he took me on a test drive. He explained all the parts of the car to me and checked on how I felt. He didn’t pressure me at all. We went back inside & I said ok I’ll put down the deposit but I want to think about it for the weekend. Monday he texted me not to push me into the car, but just to see if I was ok & feeling a little better. He said no matter what my happiness what ultimately mattered. That day we drove to the dealership to buy the car. He stayed later than he was supposed to just to make sure he saw my sale all the way through. He knew the next day I was having surgery & he texted me to say I was in his prayers. I work in fashion and it’s a rare find to see a salesperson check on you to that level especially once they already made the sale. He truly is a wonderful person.
Please tell us how Mopar helped you with your 2023 Jeep Compass
Everyone there from the finance manager, to the main people who you sign the contracts with, to the woman at the front. Everyone was understanding especially since I clearly was not “Mopar or Nopar”, but they handled everything with grace and care. I truly appreciated that after how horrible of an experience I was having with my insurance. This whole thing was so stressful and they took a lot of that burden off for me. It was wonderful.
