This guy is the absolute worst! He’s helpful, smart and intuitive ! Who needs that! I wanted the pressure!! Be shown things that I didn’t like and and couldn’t afford and that didn’t happen! What the heck! Better yet, he has the nerve to be prepared when it was time to pick up my new Charger. I cancelled my entire afternoon plans because I looked forward to the 8 hour car buying ordeal! I was in and out in no time and ended up having free time! Imagine my disappointment of not having my time wasted!! Seriously, Mike made this whole experience everything it should be, easy, fast, hassle free, open and responsive. Couldn’t ask for better!

I was already driving a 2012 Charger - which was actually my 2nd one—and I thought it was time for something different. Out to the lot we went.. Tried an SUV and hated it.. feeling a little annoyed, Mike tried different options.. he asked for a few minutes to review some other options in the price range I had.. this 2018 charger popped up and I just knew this was the car for me. Charger #3! He went over the nice options the car had.. and I was hooked.. the car is exactly what I wanted !

No hassles, no pressure. No wasted time and best of all, someone paid attention to my “no” and “yes” list. I got exactly what I wanted, timely and no hassles. Mike also stayed in constant contact.. I was able to get my paperwork to him during the day so it was ready when I got to the dealership. How easy!!.
