Please tell us what you liked most about working with Mopar

After a frustrating dealership experience with another Dodge dealership, Mike was able to step in and turn our experience right around and quickly. I’ll admit, we had a tall ask initially. He found the exact car we were looking for right away, and was patient in guiding us through process. He knew we wanted to sell our car privately before buying the new one, and worked through the initial deposit to hold our new vehicle. This gave us the opportunity to try selling on our own. In the following few days, we decided to trade in our vehicle instead AND purchase a certified pre-owned instead. Mike made the process super easy, enjoyable, and worth it. We love our 2014 Durango, and nearly 3 years and more than 50,000 miles later we’re still in touch with Mike regularly. It’s nice to work with a fellow “car guy”, and I can comfortably say that Mike is as passionate about the products as he is about taking care of customers.
