Please tell us what you liked most about working with Mopar

Mopar Mike was extremely helpful and patient. He continued to keep in mind our budget and what options were our "must haves". After we test drove a few vehicles, he didn't push us to pick one. Once we decided which vehicle, he continued to do research to find the one that we wanted in a color we liked. Mike was very patient and accommodating when I wanted to go back to look at our two options again to make sure I was making the right decision for us.

Mopar Mike made sure it was a color we liked, had the options we wanted (heated seats, heated steering wheel, automatic lift gate and a third row). He helped set up the Jeep app, get my phone set up and show me the car settings (all while he got wet in the rain).

Working with Mike and the Dover Dodge team was more than we could have asked. Once we picked our vehicle, they send the buyer order over super quick (within a few minutes). They were very patient and accommodating with us getting an outside loan. Would definitely recommend!
